During the move out process and after leasing office have been nothing but rude and unprofessional. This has lead to difficulty trying to apply for a new apartment

Apartments are rats and roach infested. They are not upto date and look nothing like the photos and videos they show online. Maintenance does not know what they are doing and are lazy. I'm soo happy I moved out.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Worst apartment community I have EVER lived!! As a young female with a toddler daughter, it was very unnerving to see a plethora of teenage boys circle my car while making trips from my apartment back to my car with armloads of groceries. I had to lock my apartment and my car in between each trip to avoid being robbed, all the while my daughter wanted to follow me up and down the stairs, making the experience that much more inconvenient. Playground equipment is unsafe and literally fell apart while my daughter was playing on it. I was offered drugs on the same playground with her there as well. Upstairs neighbors extremely loud throughout the night, and the leasing office did nothing to help after trying to ask them to keep it down at 3am. God forbi

Affordable living is all you’ll get unless you decide to shorten your lease, then prices get jacked up!! The leasing agents need sensitivity training as they are rude, judgmental, and careless. They even allow certain neighbors to bully you and nothing gets resolved. AVOID this place, I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy!!

STAY AWAY! THIS IS the worst place to live. The manamengt is joke. They don't notify of anychanges being done they just charge you fees left and right. The managers can care less about helping you so don't waste your time. They don't know how to keep the property clean and safe for kids.
