Management is very rude unprofessional,and unethical! Corporate is no better because when I tried to make a complaint I was hung up on and when I tried to call back they wouldn’t answer.. I put in a work order for termites instead of sending pest control. The property Manager Emma Watson came to my front door to tell me to catch some termites so I could give them to pest control.. This place is supposed to be a low income residential property for families that can’t afford to pay full rent. I’m a school employee so I don’t work during the summer months. But I’ve been told that I will still will be responsible for paying my rent with no income.. New Management please!!

I wouldn't recommend moving here. I regret making the decision to move here. They care more about the grass and the few leaves on the ground then they do about the roaches, termites, spiders and mold inside the apartments that the residents have to live with. The management staff is unreliable and unprofessional and untrustworthy the maintenance guy is definitely unprofessional and not certified to be "fixing" on anything out there he just needs to go back to picking up trash all day.

Be prepared that if you decide to move from here and you move before your 30 days is up.....you forfeit your deposit and will not get it back FYI........ Update Emma Watson I want my rent money from where I moved beware this lady is a Wolf in sheep's clothing I will be filing a Civil suit.

Poor service for maintenance they never fix anything on time but will pressure you about rent but will not fix anything the property manger is never in her office and she is supposed to be there everyday of the week that's not a good look and they lied about upgrading

The office is only open a few hours a week. The person answering the phone didn’t seem very friendly nor that informative.
