Wilson Station Apartments

I live down the street. They don’t have enough garbage bins. There is constantly broken glass and trash and alcohol cans that have been littered into the overfilled trash cans. I have picked up trash with my neighbor once already. Obviously it was very charming to do a ribbon-cutting and some big photo op for affordable housing with the mayor and some other supposedly very important people however now that they’ve moved on it feels like it’s only going to get worse It’s not even half full of residents yet as far as I’ve gathered.

Been living here for 6 months and I couldn’t be happier! I was hesitant to live in a style of building like this but have been surprised by how quiet, clean and safe it has been. Front office staff is amazing and always super quick to respond. (Something I’ve never experienced living in an apartment lol) Everyone in the building has been nice and respectful. Very happy and hope to stay awhile :)

Wilson Station Apartments is a great place to live. The area is quite, safe and has very friendly neighbors. Bus lines are close by, making it great to get around, and there are plenty of shopping areas and grocery stores within minutes. I also love the nearby parks- perfect for walks and relaxing outdoors. Bosie River is also within walking distance. Restaurants are close for enjoyable meals. The management and staff are extremely friendly. Overall clean, well-located and comfortable community that I definitely recommend.

I absolutely love Wilson Station apartments. The management staff on site has to be one of the most efficient as well as kind and considerate as I have ever met. I love my apartment. It is spacious the kitchen has all the amenities large counter space microwave above the stove. A lot of of cabinet space to put all of your kitchen items makes it so handy. I love the hardwood floors. It makes it so much easier to clean because I have a dog. If you have any problems, you just contact the office or fill out one of the forms that they have readily available and they will quickly solve your problems. I recommend moving to Wilson Station to anybody who’s looking for a nice affordable apartment.

As this is my first apartment to be living on my own I am very grateful for Troy and the rest of the property management for being there regarding concerns. I enjoy the amenities of the common area, patio, gym and security features of fob entry, parking garage scanner, and having a high ceiling elevator helped tremendously for the higher floors when my folks helped me by moving furniture. They are very diligent in getting things done and I enjoy my neighbors and I am glad they are taking actions to amend the issues prior with the garbage/recycling overflow and no smoking policy. I haven’t had folks over but they have been excited to see how I have made the space my own and it feels like home 🖤
