Wilson Real Estate has gone above and beyond in every way. Johnny my contact person was supportive and made things easy to process the lease. I am impressed with the cleaning and painting that was done in my unit. I blew my kitchen power switch the second night (which was a Sunday evening) and maintenance got back to me within an hour and headed right over. I would recommend this company if you want a honest and professional company to deal with for your home.

I just really appreciate that someone is available for emergencies like gas leaks.. CNGC has to come shut off the gas and Ethan brings me three space heaters within an hour to insure I don’t get cold! So appreciative! Monday we will fix the leak and go on our way! And things always get taken care of that easily and quickly with Wilson. Been renting with them for what..9 years now?! I have no complaints ❤️

They never give you your full deposit back they do their best to give you the least amount possible back. They said I would owe $3000 in damages when I had pictures of the most important damages when I moved in the. They added more things that weren’t even damaged I would always do the best to have the place clean. So who ever decides to rent from them do your best of taking a picture of everything

They take over half your deposit no matter how clean you leave the unit and long you rented it. They charge you per nail hole even if they were there prior to moving in. The home was broken down with several carpet wear and pet smell. They do not respond quickly to concerns. Renter beware. We are landlords as well so know a little about how it works. If you have any other option do it!
