Wilson Mill Townhomes

One of the worst places I’ve stayed while in Georgia the HOA is unreachable and they only tend to pop up when they see an issue. Most of the owners are slumlords especially Apts 26 through 33 which are owned by crown consortium and the roofs have caved in. There’s leaks everywhere and pest throughout the whole building.

My father and I loved our property manager at first. He was always taking care of us. After the pandemic it seemed he was struggling more. I understand that. But I’m about to make a case against him because he allowed a leak we pleaded for him to send maintenance for, get so bad we have mold and mildew that we can’t afford to get rid of. I have been asking him for months to please send someone to fix the damage before our floor rots and caves in, I sent him pictures of the damage. Take note I also requested the leak to be fixed 4 months prior and he cancelled it. Then I called him and he told me to call the maintenance guy, who I left my number for and made it clear someone was home, yet he acts like that never happened. I gave them a 5 for apartment 26; the tenant is the best; although she just had a Baby,..she loves and looks out for her neighbors.. I give her props; you hungry.. she got you! you need a ride..she got you! , you just need a ear she is there..anytime you are in the area stop by. Bring your Baby!!☺️

Very quiet. I can’t give a five star yet. Only been here just shy of two months.
