He is incredibly prompt with responses, quick to arrange repairs, and always communicates clearly and professionally. Evan is genuinely helpful, reliable, and makes everything so easy—exactly what you hope for in a property manager. Honestly, the saddest part of leaving this apartment is knowing we probably won’t ever find another manager like him again. Evan truly sets the bar very high.
