Wilson Group Property Management

In my opinion and personal experience, obfuscation, excision, complacence and malfeasance is just a few examples of how my property manager with this firm conducts herself with regards to maintaining my condo's exterior maintenance. Lack of fiduciary duty to an H.O.A fee paying beneficiary and failure to comply with MA state health and safety laws should never be capricious.

Shauna Porter with Wilson Group was the greatest! She got it done for me! She helped me navigate through the maze of unnecessary delays, frustrating processes, and paperwork galore. Her patience, humor, knowledge of the work, and humanity cut through all the difficulties that I've encountered. I recommend her service to anyone. She will get it done for you!!! Wilson property management thinks that because they manage the property that they can dictate you whole entire life. They are soooo invasive and violate tenants rights all the time and simply don’t care. They are so rude and think they are better than. Stay far away!!!

Overall company is ok if it was not for Nidia and her on site coordinator Mike I would only have given 2 stars but because of their efforts on most matters I gave 4.

The Wilson group was fantastic to deal with and super responsive to all my needs
