This Rating Is For The Leasing Office As Well As The Other Tenants In The Building. I Would Give The Leasing Office A 3Star. They Are Not A Problem Nice People They Even Work With You But That Is Probably Mostly Because They Don’t Do Much. As For Ghey People Who Live In The Building If You Are Looking To Live in A Building With Extremely Dirty Habits This Is The Place For You. They Will Leave Trash Outside The Entrance Door As If The Dumpster Isn’t 10 Feet Away. you Will Be Living With Pig And Im Ising The Word Loosely. Definitely Rodents All Kinds And Not Just From Cause Its By A Field.
It's been cool so far, not as clean as I want, but passable , it seems like they tell you what they want you hear just to get you in there, never seem to do what they claim. Always excuses. Like wow really????? Smh.
I only just drove by but I could tell by all the drug dealers and hoppers on the corners that this might not be the place to raise your kids.
Very clean, quiet neighborhood. Mostly working class tenants
