Wilmington Apartments

I love living here! Safely has never been a issue. The location is perfect because we’re near shopping, doctors and entertainment. The staff is stellar! They’re like a little family, professional and personable. Maintenance is on site 7 days and always get the job done! I love my cozy apartment, I’m sure you would as well.

I had a great experience living here and truly consider it a place I called home. I lived in this apartment community for 7 years, and during that time I felt comfortable, safe, and well taken care of. The property was consistently maintained, and any issues that came up were handled in a timely and professional manner. The staff really made a difference. Linda, Janice, Steve, and Eddy were always friendly, helpful, and respectful. They went above and beyond to make sure residents felt heard and supported, and it showed in the way the community was run. Overall, this was a positive and stable living experience for me and my daughter and I’m grateful for the years we’ve spent here. This is Deonte Parker in build 7 107. Writing this review for your maintenance team. They did excellent job repairing my door nob. anytime I need any assistance for my apt they are quick to respond. very polite and courteous, down to earth people. Thank you Steve and your team.

I love living in these apartments but my problem is with the management team whereas the breezeway is where I live they haven't been clean in a year and going on another year when I inquired about it they told me that they clean it twice a year but last year it wasn't clean at all and now they are very nasty people that live in front of me and on the side of me said garbage outside of their doors and it leaks out and causes stain on each side of their doors and that causes roaches to come I complain about this at the office but I guess they claim there's nothing they can do about that. Then sometime garbage gets piled up outside the compactor there is only one for the facility and other pieces of furniture and stuff gets piled up out there on the side of the compactor , as large as this fa

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This place can care less about their tenets. Straight slumlords! The office managers are very incompetent, rude, lacks empathy and not a people person. I think she likes to get over on the elders because nobody advocates for them. The things that comes from her mouth is crazy to say to anyone. It’s always GAS LEAKS and false alarms going off. The trash is gross every single weekend. Piled up like a dump. Not to mention the Black mold!! No urgency to do anything at all.
