I was there to help my elderly friend hand off his bill at the office. The tenant above has a dog that comes out and scares the crap out of you with his watch dog bark as you are walking up to the office; through out my back. Management should address this issue.

I moved away from these apartments four years ago and I still look back very fondly at my time living there. Kids played outside together, there were so many community activities, neighbors greeted each other and committed random acts of kindness. The management lives on site and legitimately cares about the residents. The floor plans are awesome and the prices are reasonable. I always felt at home here, even though it was loud sometimes and things weren't always perfect. It was a community and I think that had a lot to do with the two wonderful women who run the place.

Do not move here please especially if you have small children. They treat their tenants as if they are disposable because they know most stay there because of the affordability but this is no reason to treat your tenants the way they do. My apartment was filled with mold I had two mold testing kits brought in that showed massive growths through my ac units and into my tub. The staff was extremely aggressive and not willing to help unless it was on Their terms and their time. I think this whole complex needs to be condemned and remodeled along with new management. START TREATING YOUR TENANTS LIKE HUMAN BEINGS.

I lived here during my adolescence for 6 years and this has always felt like home to me. I plan on moving back in the next year or two. Rent is great, residents are always friendly and the management feels like a part of my family not just rent collectors. I have been apart of an help host several community events here and they always amazing. The maintenance are always super helpful and they even take care of things that other places would charge you hundreds for. This is and will always be a home to me. Lola and Vikky are the best.
