Willows at Grande Dunes

I’ve been in the apartment for 5 days. The office staff have been outstanding so far. I am very impressed with how attentive that management and staff are to the quality of life issues like handicap parking and pet clean up. It’s a rare experience for me to see management that is so invested in providing a positive experience for their residents. I haven’t finished my punch list yet so we will see how that goes. The apartment itself is very clean and only a few drawers are broken, no wall damage so far. I will complete my move in inspection in the next couple of days. The grounds are very nice. It seems that the fire pits around the property, especially near the swimming pool, are heavily used in need of a little maintenance. Most of the grills in the courtyard area are in excellent condit

First and foremost, the leasing process with Jennifer was absolutely amazing. She was perfect! She made it so easy and left no questions unanswered and no concerns unresolved. The maintenance crew is excellent at their jobs! Property is beautiful and well maintained. I will be very happy here!

The Willows at Grande Dunes is such a beautiful place to call home! We recently renewed our lease, and we could not be happier that we did. Jenny, Jennifer, and Dave are absolutely amazing! They are always communicating with residents to keep everyone informed and in the loop. Bob and the maintenance team are the best! Their response time for any request is super quick, and they always go above and beyond. The amenities are fantastic, the community is clean, and there are exciting upgrades already in progress. We are especially looking forward to the new screened-in patios and balconies! The community events at the clubhouse are always a blast and a great way to meet new neighbors. We truly love living here and are so glad to call The Willows at Grande Dunes home!

I lived at the Willows at GD since they opened. I left recently only because of unforeseen circumstances. Living in these luxury apartments was an absolute joy! very spacious, incredible high end appliances and the management company does a great job communicating with the tenants about what to expect and when events take place. Any issues you have will be resolved immediately by the excellent maintenance staff. Jenny in the office is particularly great to work with as she will professionally and promptly move you along in the process of moving in or resolving issues.

I’ve been living at The Willows at Grande Dunes for almost two years, and it’s been a wonderful experience. The location is perfect — close to grocery stores, malls, hospitals, many restaurants, and local dining, and just minutes from the beach. The maintenance team responds quickly to any requests, and the staff is amazing — always professional, understanding, and welcoming. They keep the property fresh, clean, and beautifully maintained. We feel safe, comfortable, and truly at home here. The community is also very inclusive , which makes us feel even more welcome. I highly recommend The Willows at Grande Dunes to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-managed place to live.
