Willowdale Crossing Apartments

Terrible place to live. The apartments are not kept up and were made with the cheapest materials. My upstairs neighbor walking is so loud due to creaky floor boards that it wakes me up. I can also hear them shower and talk. The complex does nothing about it. There’s also dog feces everywhere. You will regret living here.

The leasing office is quite shady. We started off living here for $1556 a month and the second year ended up paying over $1800 minus our $70 pet fee a month. They said rent raises by 5% each year but the math isn’t mathing. Be careful or they will over charge you. Maintenance is good though and that’s why this gets 2 stars

I lived here for about 3 years and hated leaving having been transferred with my job. The few times I needed maintenance they came in a timely manner and were polite and friendly. Brian in the office was my superstar helping me pay on the rent portal and assisting me with my move-out process with out stressing me more than I already was. If my life ever takes me back to Frederick they will be my first stop and Brian better still be there.

Just attended their pasta making class, it was delicious! Very fun and honestly getting to know your fellow neighbors was nice. It was great interacting with Carlos and Brian and the rest of the crew! Definitely recommend this and will do this again

The office manger Evelyn is such a joy. So helpful. I had a lot of questions before making my choice to move there, she was patient and answered every one. Will be moving in next week. ☺️
