Willowdaile Apartments

I moved here about 11 months ago. I absolutely love it here. We live in a 3 br 2 ba apt. It has a patio. There is a gym and pool. It has been very quiet here. Nice dog park and playground for the kiddos!

I've only been here a month, so I dont have much of an experience to share. However relocating from Philadelphia not knowing what to expect, I'm use to a certain look/style of living, Willowdaile came through. I have a really NICE unit, in my budget walking distance to everything I need. I work from home, no issue with internet/noise. Honestly the apartment, the area made my transition a whole lot less stressful, which made it easy for me to settle in and be comfortable.

In light of my dissatisfaction with the current state of the building, I have decided to rate it one star. Upon visiting my former building complex, I was hoping to observe any improvements or changes. Unfortunately, I was met with a disappointing reality. Upon my initial inspection, I noticed that the handle balls on the steps were completely removed from the wall. This oversight is particularly concerning given the high rent charges being imposed on tenants. It is evident that the building complex prioritizes profit over providing high-quality amenities. Furthermore, the parking situation remains unresolved. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to secure a parking space within the complex. Additionally, I have observed instances where individuals from neighboring buildings are parking

i would not recommend it takes too long. they want each person to pay the application fee and they DONT do refund
