WillowBrooke Apartments

I love it here! Brandon in the office moved me in quickly and he is awesome. He is always sweet and professional! Had a maintenance fix by Q today and she was awesome too! Literally have not met or even come across a mean person here! All my neighbors are friendly. Love living here!

This is a great apartment complex. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our maintenance team does a great job keeping up with the trash when compactor goes down and respond quick to maintenance requests and are always friendly. My family and I are new to the area and it’s welcoming to be in a great place to call home. Tammy C and the staff make this a great place to be with being very friendly, setting up events for the residents, and doing little things to make us feel like family and not just a resident. That goes a long way

It has been a great experience so far. The only thing is the schools around the area does not provide adequate transportation which has nothing to do with willowbrooke. They have been great and I don't have any complaints thus far. Management is great and always accommodating. I've only had minor maintenance request and they have been handled promptly and with care. Willowbrook apartments is worth it.

I spoke with Brandon over the phone and he did a virtual tour for me. He was so helpful and informative. He truly explained to me everything that the community had to offer, what the neighborhood was like everything was just very helpful being that I wasn’t there in person, and I still received the same service as if I were.

Ms. Tammy was amazing! From the very first day I stepped into the office back in April, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to tour me through both one-bedroom layouts and made sure I had all the information I needed. After getting approved, I ended up needing to change my move-in date to the end of June. Throughout the process, Tammy remained patient and understanding, answering all of my questions along the way. I truly appreciate her for making this move smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable!
