If you love roaches and a management company that doesn't hardly ever communicate with you, this is the perfect place. Not only has my SEPTIC flooded my apartment 4 times since living there, but they waited 5+ HOURS to send somebody to fix anything each time. They overcharged me rent for 4 months. 10/10 do not recommend. Ground floor apartments have no a/c unit. Seriously, just avoid.
car stolen here property manager refuses to show me video they say they can only show police. these people protect criminals. Also stove has not been fixed in 2 months
I never leave Google reviews but I went to your a 1 bedroom here and it was NASTY. Trash and old food left everywhere, bathroom in horrible condition, blinds broken, smelled like smoke. Don’t waste your time coming here
New management company has been awesome. Common areas are kept clean and a the new management company is doing a lot of maintenance/renovations on the building. New maintenance team has also been great with getting maintenance requests taken care of. Definitely recommend!
AVOID Atlas Real Estate- property management company. They violate your signed agreement!!
