Willowbrook Apartments

Infested with mice for over 3 weeks and nothing is being done about it. Not a ‘typical’ infestation either, the mice are going up onto my bed when I’m not home and I’m completely not able to live in the apartment anymore yet they will not let me move to another unit or break the lease and are making me pay the full amount of 2 months rent and still have a 30 day notice if I want to break the lease myself. Not helpful whatsoever. It’s been absolutely awful with no relief in sight. Do not lease here ever.

Unfortunately lived here for 6 years while saving for a house. In that time rent increased over $700. The entire complex is INFESTED with mice. They will do nothing about it other than send pest control to lay traps that you then have to take care of. An old neighbor in our building won a lawsuit against them as they were doing nothing to fix the infrastructure issues allowing mice in. I would advise NEVER renting at any Picerne property. My sliding door fell in on my wife one night, they couldn't fix it for weeks but hacked it together for the time being. The price they charge for the living conditions is abismal. Packages constantly get stolen from the package room and they will do nothing to help. Your car will get damaged and they will do nothing to help. They'll give you late notice o

I have lived at Willowbrook Apartments for 9 months. The atmosphere and professionalism are fantastic. I feel right at home being here. And my apartment is nice and close to the pool :)

Willowbrook is very considerate kind attend to our needs when we need maintenance done 24 hrs I feel safe and protected living here the service is great the staff is great they show they care and understanding Thank You

I lived here for years and they were great about their services and management. If any small problems arose they were punctual and professional. They also gave my back 98% of my deposit but that's more than fair because I did leave a tiny bit of damage.
