Willowbrook Apartment Homes

I have been looking for an apartment and went to see Willowbrook Apts in West Norriton. The woman I was dealing with, her name is Moe, was the most nicest and accommodating person you ever want to meet. She helped me from beginning to end and nothing was to much. Always had a smile on her face from the time you entered the property until you left. Im not computer savvy, and that was no issue at all. The Property Manager , Toby, was also very nice and accommodating. They make sure your very comfortable. I thank them both for all of your help.

Moe was a great help with assisting us in moving in when we were in need. The location is nice and big for a fair price, definitely recommend for anyone looking for something fast and affordable.

Do not value living in this complex, a year ago in the summer the air conditioning was damaged and it took approximately 1 month to repair it, to try to solve the situation they placed 1 window air in each room that could not even cool the rooms, the other areas of the apartment were a sauna; they ended up repairing it in the middle of summer. This year I was going to change my complex but I forgot it and it was automatically renewed and I couldn’t do anything, because last week the air conditioning was damaged again (old and obsolete units) half repaired and it worked for a couple of days, summer has not started and I’m already living a nightmare and starting to complain so that they repair the air again, this will be a nightmare again for my family. We just moved in a few weeks ago and already love this community so much more than our last. It is clean, quiet, and comes with many amenities. Shoutout to Moe in the office as she is one of a kind! She is always so happy and willing to find a solution to anything that is thrown at her. We appreciate her and the rest of the office/maintenance workers.

Moe has been beyond amazing with our move-in process. Truly a pleasure to have her always available for any questions or needs we have. Wanna also shoutout Toby, the property manager for being extremely attentive and striving for the best within this community.
