Willow Wood Apartments

All the bad reviews are outdated and/or inaccurate. Our living experience here was amazing. The maintenance requests were addressed no more than 48 hours after they were put in, they ALWAYS gave notice or an ETA for maintenance, and they always did a good job with repairs. The office was always responsive, and the staff were very polite. All of our neighbors were incredibly friendly. The space itself was very clean when we toured and even cleaner when we moved in. There was plenty of space and although the layout was a bit strange it was very comfortable. There were some quirks here and there, but nothing concerning and nothing that made our living experience even mildly negative. If you're in school, the location isn't great but there's a bus stop not too far off that gets you to campus

I have had many interactions with the ladies in the office. Each time I have had a concern or issue the manager Katie has been very helpful, quick to solve the issue and always has the information I need. Not to mention the property and apartments are beautiful and well taken care of. Thank you for making this place not just an apartment but a place I am proud to call my home!!

Don't live here. It takes maintenance FOREVER to fix any and major issues (our kitchen was flooding for goodness sake!) They will never answer the phone or be in the office (even during office hours). When we moved in we were told rates may go up $20/year and they went up no less than $75/year. And now I am in collections for a $300 debt that they never told me about! No phone call. No email. No letter. NOTHING! (I've been moved out of that awful place for 9 months now). They don't care about you. I don't recommend this hole in the ground to anybody.

Do NOT live here. We moved out 2022 and received a bill almost a year later of several hundred dollars, including one hundred dollars in late fees for a bill we didn’t know we had. Apparently they sent it to the wrong address. So, a year later we are out hundreds of dollars in late fees to a debt collector to a bill we had no knowledge of. Tenants are often taken advantage of in this way.

Willow Wood is a fantastic place to live! We have enjoyed living at this beautiful property. Management and the maintenance people are quick to fix any issues or answer any questions.
