Avoid Willow Tree Apartments at all costs. If you’re thinking about moving in, don’t. This place is a nightmare. Expect cockroaches crawling around like they pay rent, gunfire in the distance (and sometimes not so distant), and people literally setting trash cans on fire. That’s not an exaggeration — it’s chaos here. Hot water? Only works every other day, if you’re lucky. Maintenance is a joke. You can put in a request, but don’t hold your breath — it’ll be at least a week before anyone even pretends to care, and even then, nothing actually gets fixed. The leasing office staff? Rude, unhelpful, and act like you’re bothering them just for existing. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. Save yourself the stress. Living here feels like punishment. This is not a home — it’s a disaster

I just moved in Cynthia was the one that helped me and my mom shes so sweet & a answered all oir questions! If you are looking to move into a home thats inexpensive nice looking and where the office staff is nice i recomend here!!

I am military and I handed the office my military orders but they refused to acknowledge them and proceeded to evict me and the worst part is I’m saved under law from it (SCRA) but Angie refused to acknowledge it. The only good person in the leasing office is Cinthia she is nice and opened minded not like the other lady’s working there. Also there is a lot of waiting on maintenance to come and fix anything in your unit

I live here now and just remeses my léase ita great and peaceful here. Cynthia was the one that assisted me and who always has a smile on ready to help!
