The front office staff was completely unresponsive the entire time we were tenants — getting a call or email returned was like pulling teeth. Maintenance and management let the property go downhill fast; the complex was always dirty, trash around the grounds, and poorly kept. The biggest issue: They never returned our security deposit. When we moved out, we cleaned the unit spotless, management even said we did a great job and would get the deposit back. After that? Please employ people that care about your investments. These apartments have gone down since the new owners have taken over. They look like a dump and dumping ground. The ground maintenance looks like it hasn't been maintained in months. Apartments have boards in them. Some of the tenants are a little suspicious as well. Parking is crazy. They park anywhere they can. Trash outside the bins. But that's what happens when the owners just collect rent and don't care about the apartments and the tenants they rent to. The price to rent these apartments have gone up tremendously $1300-$1500 and up.. And they're not worth $500 in their current c

I want to say this place has so much potential but when you deal with bad management it can make this a ugly place i have not been here a full year and i hate I moved into these Apartments started off with them giving me a refrigerator full of frozen maggot eggs in the freezer! The roaches are terrible instead of them paying professionals the maintenance gave me the spray to spray my apartment myself My ac has been out for 2 months now and its 97 degrees outside my 6 year old sweats in his sleep! all they care about is you paying your rent every month nothing gets fixed the maintenance guy does absolutely nothing! they charge you all these fees thats not worth it please find you something thats worth $1534 a month because these are NOT!

I wish I could give negative stars . I will start with Desiree , she seemed so on top of things when I moved in but she Is very deceiving . The only time I hear from them is when they are giving me papers on my door about a chair I had on my porch. In June my AC went out for days and Desiree and management told me it is NOT an emergency . They never fixed it . The toilet in my 2nd bathroom hasn’t worked for months and they never came to fix it . This place needs to go out of business . The picnic tables in the back are covering up an old pool where a young boy DIED AND DROWNED.

The worst administration that can exist. They lack a lot of knowledge, professionalism, respect and communication. Maintenance open de door and enter to your apartment without prior notification when they want to. The new Manager, Cheryl Mojica, treats residents like trash. Families of the administration handle private information of residents and I have evidence of that. The apartments are in terrible condition, you ask for maintenance because that's why you pay rent and they never do anything about it. Today they tell you one thing and tomorrow another. Never trust these people, the only thing that matters to them is money and nothing else.
