Willow Run (Part of The Willows Communities)

I applied for this property about 11-12 months ago with constant calls and emails but no response or call backs. The office is always closed, and the lady there very very very rude! Just a little niceness goes a long way. Closed the door on me, ignored me when I came in, my kids went to play with a connect four or some game board toy they had in the front lobby with tables and she snatched it and told me to go outside and fill out another application while it was snowing outside due to covid policies. Also managed to stop by when the office was open another time to check the status of my application and all she could tell me was she doesn't know the status to just wait for a call. well its a year later and still no call back or anything. I filled out this application 3 times and still noth

I came here to visit a friend and the exterior looks very nice. Not that much parking for visitors as the parking spots are assigned to your home. As far as the inside is concerned they look nice but it all depends on how well you keep your home looking. But the layout seemed nice and useful and the homes themselves seemed big enough to live comfortably.

Extremely rude. Expectations are ridiculous. I claimed bankruptcy over 6 months ago, the fill in denied me right on the spot. Tried saying I had to wait 10 years. Bankruptcy isn't even on your credit for over 7 years. She did look it up. 24 months. HUD sent me there, she was rude and stated this isn't for low income! Well damn. You can't make 100k and live there. So it is for low income. Just the overall attitude was terrible.

(COPY) Hello my name is Gabrielle and this is my 4th email to willow run. I am sending this email after speaking with corporate. I came to willow run and filled out an application in November the week of Thanksgiving the day i was there they were handing out turkeys the woman stated she was a fill in and not the manager she stated she knew nothing repeatedly told us the offce wasent supposed to be open and was irritated when i insisted to fill out and application. She continuously spoke about how over worked she was. I spoke with her anyway and tries to lighten the mood i told her i understand with covid and being over worked. I filled out and application and was given a business card to follow-up on in the process since i left i have called 8 times over dec and jan asking for updates,r

This is a young rental community, that has a single family home setting. Its surrounded by farmland so there is no outside foot traffic ever passing by. Excellent schools, and very good environment to raise kids. Very Low crime area.
