Willow Run

I lived at Willow Run Apts from 2020 to 2021 and I loved it. I lived in Apt 4 at the end in the back corner of the complex and I absolutely loved it. I had my little patio all decorated (I posted some pics) and no one ever said anything about it or tried to control how I decorated. They garden and landscaping was on point too. Always lots of foliage and flowers growing beautifully all along the front of each enclosed patio so you really feel like you have that privacy and your little space feels so comfortable and cozy. I really liked it there. One of my favorite apt complex experiences for sure!!

DO NOT RENT HERE , look up ELON on BBB you will find multiple negative reviews, I am still battling collections from moving out on my lease end WOTH multiple in person and email notices that I am moving out , the lady was even called by my new apartment for referrals and I was still charged 3 full months rent on top of cleaning fees when I left the place cleaner than what I came into and I have several pictures. They did the same to my friend who was a resident of 5 YEARS …. They will absultely try to trap you in lease and charge thousands of dollars if you move. Extremely shady company that is the only one in my life to hinder my credit report

I lived here for 5 years. They raised my rent from 650 to 950 at the same time everything on grantline was getting shit down. I was also part of a class action lawsuit against them. We paid 5 extra dollars a month towards our credit. They were actually pocketing the money. I was only paid back around 20 dollars. And also, the apartment behind the main office pays the electricity for the office. Do not go here

I have lived here for a year and just renewed my lease. I've never had a problem here with the apartment itself. Jennifer is great to work with and super friendly. Walls keep noise levels to a minimum (I rarely hear the neighbors), and I love the upstairs storage area. I've only had to call maintenance once and he went over and above and noticed another problem which he fixed fast. You also get a choice of upgrades if you want.

I lived here for 7 years and enjoyed it very much! I only moved out because my family got so big and they didn't have anything larger than a 2 bedroom. I was sad to go! True that it's an older place but it is well kept and maintained. Office and maintenance are very polite and easy to deal with. Any kind of issues we had were easy to schedule and taken care of quickly. I would like to rebuke any and all of the negative reviews on here to say that most likely, their bad experience was because of something they did wrong and not the complex itself. It is close to a lot of places, where you can walk to or drive quickly. The interstate is not too far away either.
