Willow Ridge Apartments

Leaving some tenants without hot water for three weeks is an EMERGENCY 🦺 but isn't being treated as such. It's winter and we've had very cold temps, hot water is a must. I have advised them to contact a lawyer and code enforcement. I've driven by this location for two years and there's always outdoor sections being roped off for repair ... Yet I never see repairs happening. Absolutely disgusted by what I'm hearing from people coming forward. Housing is limited so of course you guys get away with this BS. In response to your response: I know a resident without hot water this morning. 2/4/26 This has been a long standing issue. The boilers are old and should have never been neglected to this extent. Now it's taking weeks. I hope legal action is brought against the owner. Slum lord behavior.

I have lived here for 3 years now and have never once had a pleasant experience with Rachel. Time after time she has been unpleasant to work with and just flat out rude. If I were this management, I would most certainly not want someone like her representing my customer service line, as I am a paying tenant with concerns who deserve to be heard, not brushed off with a tone and attitude. Especially valid ones like, the water being shut off with no notice, a broken heater for a week(that left me sick), leaky faucets, doors literally falling off their hinges, rotting wood on every thing, and many more things. I do not recommend living here. Rent is rising annually and the quality is not.

Property has really improved over the last year. HVAC systems being replaced is great! They have been fixing up the buildings and apartments a lot! Quiet and best in the area for my needs!

I moved into Willow Ridge Apartments back on March 2016, and I myself haven't had to many problems living here. (Outside the Rent going Up most years.) I find that maintenance has taken care of all required, and the men working for them are more then helpful to residents and to my Handicap self. The people that live around me are nice and we have a help each other out type of community going on. The only thing I have a problem with is I was told to not use the Fireplace in my apartment, and I am not allowed to use any longer.

About to sign for a 5th year. I've always found that if you are polite, others will follow so before ya contribute more negativity to the world, check-in with yourself ;) Great staff, some are more direct in their speech than others but I'm kinda like that so I appreciate it, there's less fluff that way. Office staff: I think they sre very polite. Samantha and Cynthia have been there since I became a tenant and all interactions have been professional and honest. During my entire time a few employees have came and gone. At the time of this review, they are the only ones in the office so be kind, like most places they are understaffed currently. Maintenance: Polite and gets the job done, doesn't leave a mess. What more could ya ask. 1 assigned parking space per household makes it g
