Willow Point Townhomes

I am not a resident of Willow Point Townhomes, so this review is based solely on the application process. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. My boyfriend and I applied after I previously rented at one of their sister properties, hoping to find more space. From the start, communication was inconsistent. I often had to call for updates, and it was difficult to get clear answers. To be fair, the leasing associate I worked with was pleasant and professional, but it seemed she was the only staff member responsible for running the entire community. With only fill-in coverage on weekends, the process dragged out much longer than it should have and became unnecessarily frustrating. We were eventually approved, but were told we would need to pay a deposit equal to two and a half

Applied in DECEMBER 2024 and got approved decided to not rent, going on almost 3 months of contacting the office to only be told that they will contact us and still no email or phone call of holding deposit check that was suppose to be refunded. My husband and I have waited for weeks to get any information on there billing department, on what’s going on glad I didn’t move here. I have years of property management and this is one of the worst experiences ever delays after delays. It never takes this long to send out a refund of $250. Still no contact what so ever. Hopefully we get our check soon. This is definitely against housing laws. Becareful if you decide to rent here.

This review is based on touring the complex. I am not a resident. We scheduled our first tour back in mid to late February. On the day of the tour we arrived on time and the lady at the leasing office seemed disinterested in helping us facilitate the tour. The unit we toured was decently maintained minus a couple cosmetic issues and we liked what we saw. We asked to be informed on when there would be availability for a May move in date and was given an estimated timeframe as to when they would know May's availability. We were never followed up with and their estimated time came and went. We overlooked the communication lapse and decided to do another tour. We scheduled the tour online just like we did last time about a week in advance. We showed up on time for the tour again and the same

My boyfriend and I have LOVED living at Willow Point Townhomes! This property is a great deal for the incredibly spacious floor plans, extremely prompt and responsive maintenance team, and included 2-car garage. While I do wish there was more parking for guests, this is a minor issue overall. We love living here and hope to stay for a long time. We have experienced no issues and have only been left feeling grateful for the helpfulness of all on-site staff and the wonderful accommodations we enjoy each day.

I can’t rave enough about how nice, clean, and spacious the units are, but I feel like the BIGGEST rave award 🥇 should go to the property management team! Alba is such an amazing asset to the management team! Very prompt about getting thing done and is always extremely professional and nice, she definitely goes behind her call of duty to maintain a great property. The maintenance team is so great and very quick to ensure we’re taken care of! I definitely would recommend renting here! Definitely a 10/10. I’m thankful to have finally found a place where me and my family feel at peace 🕊️! Thanks for all that you all do!!!! Kudos team! You’ve given us a great place to call home
