Review Edit: I double down on this review! I’ve never had any business talk to me the way they have. I have never received an apology whatsoever for the amount of BS they think is perfectly normal. Notice there is no apology and there is no consideration for the tenant “Spoken with resident, she is upset that the contractors did not come at the time frame they stated. However, the contractors did come out to the unit and was not able to access her bathroom due to the green tape stopping them from entering. Resident begin to argue with me about the time frame. I stated to Rebecca that I am not going to argue with her and I just wanted to get the issue resolved. Resident stated that she will have it done and we will need to take it off of her rent. We have lived here over 5 years and enjoy our community. Mike from the maintenance team is always so pleasant, knowledgeable and fast! The property is kept up very nicely...landscaping is fantastic, dog park is a great spot, the community garden is fun and the buildings are kept up nicely. The office staff is very nice to work with as well! They are always looking for ways to keep the residents happy and engaged with each other. The clubhouse renovation is wonderful...and don't forget the huge pool...always clean with kind and friendly lifeguards.

Willow Oaks is the old people and low income family community. Apartments are spacious but cockroach infested (that is what my ex-neighbor said once). I did not believe until I saw it myself on the carpet. These bugs come in though holes in the kitchen and bathrooms. I started seeing them crawling on the walls and had to use vacuum cleaner to get rid of them. Apartments are old without isolation. When Kelly Boston was there the order has been established. She did not allow residents to tell her how things are done. She was great: approachable, friendly and would always answer questions you have. This past Sunday 1/18/26 I ran into an issue with my heat. After calling the emergency line Leon got right back to me . I told him what the problem was he was here in 10 minutes and had me back up and running. Leon was a life saver ..we have an excellent maintenance crew here at Willow oaks. They are the best .. thank you to each of them for there outstanding work … ..

Keisha was phenomenal when helping us get settled here. She was understanding of our financial needs and helped us find a unit that fits our budget. The community is lovely and quiet. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. The unit itself was very clean upon move in. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful and they made the process very easy.
