Willow Green Apartments

Great area, I dont live here but we do removals here with Junk King and everybody we have met have been helpful and nice. If I needed somewhere to stay I would definitely check them out!

This is what you will see weekly when you live at these Apartments! They charge a trash Valet fee! Then turn around and lie to say that out of all this trash they found mail with your name but never show proof! They charge automatic and then threaten you with the law! Or Evictions! This is the WORST apartment complex! Please find somewhere else to move!

This place started out fine, but really went downhill as they expanded and downsized their staff. The sentiments about parking and trash are very valid. I lived here for years and parking was always an issue, and the trash was constantly full - to the point you couldn't put your garbage anywhere on the weekends. Also, they couldn't figure out for years how to charge the water bills; not sure if they ever figured out how to do so. That said, there were some redeeming features in the layouts of the apartments with as spacious as the master bathrooms were and the sheer amount of square footage for the cost of the rent.

Now, there is no security, no peace, and trash is everywhere—including dog waste. There have been multiple incidents of gunshots and broken car windows. If you’re looking for a peaceful and safe environment, this is not the place for you. Here are a few things to consider before moving in: Do not expect to meet with the office manager—they are too busy to listen to residents. Do not complain about noisy neighbors, especially if they are Spanish-speaking. The office staff may take it personally and even threaten to terminate your lease. Previous: At first my stay at the apt was great. I miss the old staff. New office staff and I guess company overhaul have changed the game. They use some metric to build you for water which they say is supposed to be cost effective for the tenants but it's really just the way of lining their pockets because there's an admin fee. On top of that it used to be if you put a maintenance request in you got a response back the next day. However since the change over it's hell getting a maintenance response within 24 hours. They charge you for trash pick up. And it's not optional. Which is another way for them to just bill you and line their pockets. There's no play area for children but they offer basketball court in a volleyball pit. But again nothing for small children however they are quick to
