Willow Creek Property Management

We stayed in the townhomes on the corner of Margette and Broadway in Idaho Falls. We loved the house itself and working with the management! The townhomes were brand new and had that feel the whole time we were there. We had to move due to a job relocation, but we would've stayed for as long as we could have. The landlord Mike was easy to work with. He was straightforward upon signing our lease, and we had a great experience the whole time throughout. Definitely recommend!

Five stars. We have loved our experience at Willow Creek townhomes! Mike was always very responsive to maintenance requests, and he’s the most reasonable landlord we’ve worked with. The location is so close to shopping, restaurants, and medical care within a family-friendly neighborhood. The only thing I would improve is I wish the landscapers were more proactive with weeds and snow removal. Definitely recommend!💯

Mike is a great guy and is amazing at his job. The rentals were brand new moving in, and we had no complaints during our stay. He gave timely responses to maintenance requests and concerns, and made sure we had things taken care of promptly. Definitely recommend renting from him!

Mile is great! He is very attentive and fast with helping out any way he can. We are sadly moving out but the apartments are lovely, clean, and in a great area. Whenever we had an issue, Mike was quick to getting a service tech out, and he's detailed with paperwork so you aren't surprised by any fees or apartment checks and great with communication. If you're looking for a great place to rent from for you and your family, I highly recommend Willow Creek. Wish to be back soon!

Mike was great to rent with. Very responsive. Returned us nearly all of our security deposit. Definitely one of my best renting experiences. Plus the properties are very nice and accurately represented online and in person.
