Willow Creek

We've lived here for about a year and just renewed our lease for another year. The front office management has been wonderful to work with. They are friendly, attentive, and are on the ball. The same can be said for maintenance. We've always received prompt and courteous assistance with our requests. As far as the vibe goes, this complex has been pretty good. It is an older complex, but I've never gotten the impression that things are nasty or unsafe here. My only wish would be that there could be more laundry options on site. Otherwise, on the whole, I feel we lucked out moving here!

I absolutely love my apartment. Its very cozy and even has a functioning wood burning fireplace. The rent is priced accordingly and there isn't any extra amenities, i.e. pool or weight room. The hallways are dim but clean. I have no bug issues and I am on the bottom floor. Pest control comes regularly. They are pet friendly so expect to hear barking dogs every now and then. Its apartment living so you have loud neighbors and you have quiet ones. If that bothers you then buying a house away from people is probably best. Parking is nice. No fighting over spots and there really isn't a bad place to park. The location is in a great part of town but also feels secluded. I have not had any problems with staff. DO NOT pay an application fee with these guys. They will screw you out of money. Horribly incompetent. Can't even draft a proper lease agreement. I had to point out mistakes multiple times. I didn't even sign a lease and they still got me for 750 dollars. I didn't sign because they couldn't even generate a lease agreement which was supposed to include 250$ additional fee per month for a short term agreement. I reminded them two times that they forgot to include the fees in the lease agreement. They request cashiers checks for your initial deposits so you can't charge back when they get your money and no recourse for if they wrong you. I knew that if they were this incompetent there could be future legal issues with them. Save yourself time and money, do not engage with them. Do not pass go

It's a nice complex. Not too expensive and it's cat friendly. Only one problem. You have to use a 3rd party app to pay rent. They do not accept cash charge or checks at the office.

Absolute joke of an apartment and apartment agency. Terrible experience the entire lease, with maintenance, office, and leasing staff being inept, rude, and actively avoidant of doing their job. Now, when I'm moved out, and have been trying to give them their keys back for 2 weeks( while they have been leaving the office unattended the entire time, and having no clear lockbox available to drop them off) they are trying to charge me daily for not giving them the keys back on time. Absolutely insane. In addition, there is mold all over. Disgusting within and out.
