⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My experience at Willow Creek Apartments has been amazing! From the very beginning, Ms. Grace Serrano went above and beyond to help us. As soon as we walked in, she greeted us with a smile and asked how she could help. We originally came in looking for a 1-bedroom on the first floor, but Grace recommended we look at a townhome since we have a toddler and we instantly loved it! We came back the same day and applied. The application fee was only $150, and we were able to take advantage of a special with $0 deposit and $399 for the first month’s rent. The application process took about a week due to a few delays on our end, but Grace kept us updated every step of the way through phone calls and emails. Very Disappointing Maintenance Response I submitted a maintenance request on Thursday night. On Friday, I called multiple times to follow up. Since the morning, I was repeatedly told that maintenance would be coming “soon.” Finally, at 4 PM, I was told that my issue is “not an emergency”, that they are handling “more important things first,” and that they cannot even give a timeframe for when my issue will be addressed. This level of communication and lack of urgency is highly unacceptable, especially after repeated calls and assurances throughout the day. Residents should not be left waiting indefinitely with no clear updates. Based on this experience, I do not recommend anyone leasing here if you expect responsive or reliable maintenance service.

I’m so sad to leave this review. It saddens me that after being such a loyal customer I get treated poorly by management. I won’t leave a long review, but as it was asked of me, I would not recommend anyone to live here. Too many rules to abide too, and the complex simply doesn’t abide to them starting with the residents they let in wrongfully! Wishing nothing but the best as maybe this complex needs empowerment for a better team!

Don't move here. Theres never no parking. I have to walk home 5 minutes every night. I had family come over and they parked in the visitors for 1 night and the next day she had a sticker saying car was going to be towed. Not even parked for 14 hrs. Apartment are e filled with roaches and mice. They came to spray 5 times and never worked. I used a camera and noticed the lazy pest control guys just came in and out and probably have 2 small sprays in the kitchen and left without locking my door. I ended up fogging instead and roaches where gone but 2 weeks later theres more

Chris diagnosed the microwave problem telling me that I needed a new one and that it would be a few days. Fortunately, the microwave came in two days Chris installed it did a beautiful job. Did it quickly and neatly thank you.
