Willow Creek Apartments

After a tree falling into my apartment during a storm and destroying everything, a lot of things stress you out. Finding a new place to live is obviously the biggest and most important hurdle. Contacted Kristy about willow creek apartments at 1030, had a viewing at 11:30, applied by 12:30, had keys by 2:00. She answered all of our questions and all of our phone calls. She really took all of the stress of finding a new home off of my partner and I. I’m very grateful and the apartment is lovely!

Currently am a tenant 🙂 I moved back to Tennessee in May from California. I was so excited to move back to my roots and be close to family again. While moving home and doing a cross country road trip.. I had to find an apartment and thankfully I was an able to come across this apartment complex in cute little town called Red Bank. The Property Manager - Kristy made the move in very easy and was very responsive during the entire process. To this day I appreciate everything she does to keep all of her residents happy and I love the atmosphere. It’s very quiet here! My landlord, Kristy, is awesome! She responds quickly and is always there when I have a question or need something. Our maintenance team is wonderful! They have gone above and beyond to make sure everything in my apartment works properly! Rent is reasonable and the complex is fairly quiet. Good place to live!

I am a current resident and would like to let Kristy and the maintenance team know how much I’ve enjoyed them. Kristy is very quick to respond, even after hours. The maintenance team has always been on top of my requests. I will be moving, but I wanted to tell them how much I appreciate them. Kristy is the only reason I have stayed for as long as I have, and I will miss her after I move.

The apartments are in a great location, easy access to downtown and expressways. Kristy does a great job communicating with tenants, keeping everyone informed and up to date. Maintenance is quick to respond and remedy any issues!
