Willow Creek Apartments

Received a text from a number I don't have saved. They asked if I was paying rent. I asked who it was, and they said Willow Creek. I pointed out that they never even introduced themselves, and they just said thanks for confirming. I had no idea what I had just confirmed. It honestly felt like I was talking to a very bad A.I. It felt like very little, to no manners, in my opinion. They then confirmed my name with me and proceeded to tell me to save the number to avoid confusion the future. They let me know they were not A.I. but didn't give me a name of the person I was texting with. I told them I didn't have their number saved, again, never NEEDED to in the past to receive common courtesy during a conversation. Then they just said have a good day. It was very unnerving moving from a house in a quiet isolated neighborhood to an apartment but I honestly could not be happier with my new life! The entire experience was seamless. From exploring the website to meeting the ladies in the rental office, to the application process then move in, it was all without disappointment. The residents are quiet and respectful. Even on weekends there are no loud parties or vehicles driving through with loud music. If I had not already met my neighbors, I would think I was the only one living in my building (hence, the insulation is great)! I’ve yet to see any litter anywhere on the grounds and the garbage dumpsters are emptied daily, so there is no overflow and no horrible odors. I rented a townhouse for a year. Strait from the early 80s with very little upgrades. The windows were single pane, the A/C could not keep up because it was the same 80s unit that cooled the smaller apartments. The range I recognised from being a little boy growing up in the 80s. One knob literally was from another range, with a scratch through the paint for the pointer. No overhead lighting, you will need floor lamps. The place was quiet, except every tuesday when the grounds crew start up thr leafblowers for hours starting at 7am. The best point by far is the amount of shopping so close by. Savemart, Boston Market, McDonalds, just a cross the street. The Riverpark Shopping center was just a few minutes away by car..

Teresa & staff has been amazing throughout our two years we have been living @ willow creek. Any maintenance issues/ requests are always handled quickly & professionally. My family and I love it here, safe & friendly complex Thank you willow creek and staff

Horrible. They paint over everything. Constant maintenance required. Our carpet had stains already when we moved in and we were blamed for them. We cleaned the carpets ourselves and our dogs never peed inside, yet they charged me for urine removal? Just don’t do it. Go somewhere else. While living there our first set of upstairs neighbors were extremely loud. Then our next door neighbors would blast loud music all night long. The maintenance man even witnessed me fall outside (really hurting myself) and he drove off in his little golf cart. Did not ask if I was okay or anything. They are just in it for your money and will bug you to no end while living there.
