Mrs.Lashaunda has been very respectful. She has been a great help anytime I needed help with anything. She is a great person to talk to and she takes any sort of problems and does the best she can to her ability to be a great leasing agent to all renters.

I’ve been at WillowBend Apartments for a little over a year. I love the small community, I love my home, and I feel safe with my children playing in the neighborhood. I have nothing bad to say , I would just like for my patio to be roped off from anyone walking up on it ; due to being on the bottom floor. I have a front and back door ; absolutely love that. And I have a storage closet on my patio. My lease is up in August. I’ve truly enjoyed my stay at WillowBend. Highly recommended for someone to move to with that family.

Lashaunda is very helpful and kind hearted. Answered all our questions professionally and enthusiastically. She made sure all of our needs were accomidated.

We have lived here for a year and a half and have mixed feelings about Willow Bend. The community is great and the property manager Duran, is extremely helpful. He has taken the time to get to know the tenants personally and it is obvious he cares about the tenants and their families. He is very easy to reach when issues arise and is accommodating. He has also taken much necessary steps to getting the apartment various amenities, such as a covered gazebo with a public BBQ grill. I know there was talk of a fitness center being built but I guess that is still in progress. Maintenance is iffy- for a while, there was no one coming out to fix any submitted requests, but I understand much of that was due to the property being under new management.
