Been here for 2 months and my car was stolen and management has been absolutely useless. Asked them to review the camera footage and I get excuses that the internet isn’t working and they’ll call back. Haven’t heard a word from them. If you have nice things think twice about living here.

After searching in other areas for apartments, my last rating was definitely to harsh. Comparably the best value and nicest in the area. It is well maintained and the maintenance man Ryan is super nice! Parking is a nightmare and the security gate is consistently disrespected. Some of the residents are inconsiderate at times but I gues that's to be expected. It is a diverse community and they host resident events every month.

I wish we had never contacted this awful place. The office manager Yanet Claxton is rude, tries to over talk customers, condescending, nasty, and so many other things. We haven’t moved in yet and it’s already problems. We were told it was a no smoking apartment complex, and to our surprise the apartment is covered in smoke. The office manager stated they will handle it and we are still waiting. They constantly repeat everything is on the portal or they emailed us, again we are still waiting. We paid our deposit and to our surprise they wanted more money than what was listed. We have called the office multiple times and no answer, we have spoke with Andrew in the call center more than them. There is so much more to say, but run from this place. This community appears to be the best in apartment living in the area. Recently signed a lease here and the carpet is matted and worn throughout the apartment. Management sees nothing wrong with it because they cleaned the carpet. The carpet still looked the same. No one should be uncomfortable and not be able to live in a place they're paying for. I have contacted my attorney's since the Property Manager and Meridian Residential Group are not resolving the issue.

Overpriced and overrated. I am relocating from Atlanta for grad school. I completed an application online that only required general information. I was denied. I have a decent credit score, and I have consistent employment and housing in Atlanta for years. I am unsure why I was denied, but I was instructed to complete a paper application. I made a trip to visit the office. I walked in and neither of the three workers greeted me. It was very awkward and unwelcoming. Ultimately, my issue was not the fact that I was denied. I will find a place to live. However, the atmosphere was nonchalant. I refuse to beg anyone to spend $1,000 a month for rent in Orangeburg, SC. Those women need a big slice of humble pie.
