Williamsburg Village Apartments

Ello! Have lived here for 4 years as a medical student, and living here another 3 for residency. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it! I chose to paint my apartment, and after painting it, it ABSOLUTELY changed the aesthetic. It feels very cozy, and more like a home (see painted vs non-painted). It’s a very close walk/bike to Shands & UFCOM. Pretty quiet neighborhood & I just moved apt’s within the complex. The management, staff, and contractors went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as it could be. Yvette (office manager) & Lourdes (contractor) made a huge difference in fixing my original apartment and preparing my new one. I have had hiccups here and there of course; Old & kinda loud AC unit (#42), Very infrequent, but inconvenient, water leakage in old unit (it’s semi-below ground l

I’ve spent the last year at Williamsburg Village and have had a wonderful experience. The community is clean, safe, and well-maintained, but what truly sets this complex apart is the manager, Yvette. She is incredibly professional, kind, and consistently goes above and beyond for her tenants. Whether it’s a quick maintenance fix or a general question Yvette is always responsive and makes the entire process stress free. It’s rare to find management that genuinely cares this much about their residents. I highly recommend living here!

Hello! I have been living in Williamsburg for the last 14 months. Originally I was supposed to move into Mount Vernon (down the right and across from Wawa) but the apartment was not move in ready. I requested for an change to another apartment unit but at the moment nothing was available. Uncertain of the where I would be staying, I managed to find a place here at Williamsburg village with the help of miss Yvette. Miss Yvette has done above and beyond to make me feel right at home. The current apartment I have at the moment was well worth the move here! This unit was recently renovated with new flooring and carpets and has an excellent feel to it. Plus its location is phenomenal! It is close to major employers (Shands), has nearby grocery chains, and is only about a 15 min walk to campus.

This is the best place to live in Gainesville! I’ve had a very good experience here. The apartment is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Our apartment manager Yuette is amazing—she does everything perfectly and is always helpful and professional. She is one of the best managers I’ve ever seen. We really appreciate all the hard work she does for the residents. Highly recommend this place!

DO NOT RENT HERE. Management at their best causes huge problems for their residents and at their worst they literally endanger us. One example: without any warning one day they ripped out the railing from my balcony and thew my personal property all over the yard below (SEE PICTURES). They put up a flimsy ugly caution tape that immediately fell down, and now there's a 10-foot drop with no railing right behind my unit's back door. My small dog almost fell off the other day which would have killed him, and unsuspecting guests could do the same if they aren't paying attention. This all happened A MONTH AGO and management STILL hasn't repaired it or even responded to the multiple messages I've sent them.
