The Terrace Apartments/ They do not truly value their tenants. Even the one's who have been good tenants at their property for a number of years. They are Unresponsive. Dismissive and they will not communicate with you if they don't think that you or your issues are important enough. They literally screen their calls because they don't want to take tenants calls. They hire manager's who show favoritism and move their personal friend's and family member's onto the property who have zero compliance and who treat the property and other tenants however they see fit, even if it's in a negative, unsafe manner. Manager's who greatly bring the property value down the longer they are permitted to live on site.

13 Colonies Townhomes. This company only cares about the money and not their tenants. They refuse to maintain units along with not following codes and regulations. When speaking with management they have a million reasons why they can't do something. They also do not follow their lease agreements and make up rules as they see fit when talking to you. Their professionalism lacks greatly. It takes days to get responses sometimes even weeks. Good luck to those who live in any of their properties.

PARK 19 APARTMENT- My little family and I applied for a 2bd 1bath on August 13th 2019, got a call from Matthew (manager) Oct 15th saying, "good news you are approved ready to move in October 1st" signed paperwork, told us we were good to put in 30 day notice where we were currently living to be ready for the 1st of October. Later the date changed to October 12th.. then the Manager Matthew told us he didn't have a date. We were left homeless for a month motel hopping. I've called and left messages and email after email drove to the place and NOTHING! He failed to return any of my calls. Today is October 24th we finally found a place after spending over a thousand dollars on motels, we can finally say we found a home. I would seriously think twice about this place. My son and his gf live her

Good management. Haven't had any issues so far. They work hard to keep rent low and avoid rent increases
