Connie is so friendly and personable and really makes you feel at home. And the apartment itself is outstanding. So much space and storage. Never would’ve expected something so nice in Mt. Sterling, and I’m glad to be living here! This is the place for no frills living!

Connie, Robin, and Toby have been phenomenal. I had issues with a company I rented furniture from and these guys came to the rescue quickly. My questions were always answered with respect and on the same day. Loved living here!

We have lived in the apartments for about 4yrs now. Carolee & Shane & Brenda are quick to resolve any issue. They make us feel welcome and appreciated! Twice a year they make sure the fire alarm systems are in good working order and change the filters for the heating and air. They keep the grounds clean & manicured year round. I have witnessed that they update and clean every apartment when tenants move out. They truly care about the property and the residents!
