Great experience with Will. I purchased my first home which was new construction with him. He was extremely attentive and honest throughout the entire process. Will is very knowledgeable about the Charleston area. He is great about keeping you updated throughout the process. He is extremely professional and really listens to what your needs/wants are in a home. There was no pressure to rush to find something. He is very genuine and friendly. I would definitely use him again in the future when I am ready to buy a bigger house. Will truly made the process stress free for me! Will wasn't a "typical real estate agent." Will didn't coddle us. He gave us his honest opinion with every house we saw; and we saw "a lot" of homes. He would compare what we wanted with the features of each home, and then made sure that each home met our needs. Before making our offer, he took extra time to go through every aspect of the contract. When our first lender fell through, he had a local recommendation for a lender that took over almost instantly, which was able to save us thousands of dollars on closing costs by pursuing a different loan the first lender was able to offer.
