The loan originator at old national bank, William Southard was exceptional through the whole process. Very good about working with the client with weird schedules. Accommodating to messaging preferences. He was very friendly every time I had communicated with him. He answered every single question I had had . He was quick with his work and would highly recommend to all my friends and family!
