Having never purchased a condo, nor a Florida property, Larry & Jill helped educate us throughout the process and made us comfortable, especially with the unique aspects of acquiring a condo. Then, only a few days before closing, we became aware of a potential issue with the property. The Raveis team stepped up and got the matter resolved very quickly, calling in some favors with inspectors and allowing us to be comfortable with closing on time and as scheduled. We highly recommend them.

When we were in the process of moving to Naples we had so much to deal with and learn about including HOA's, the renting of our condo, and dealing with our first hurricane (Ian) and the lengthy power outage that followed. As a little person with mobility disabilities it was both exciting and more than a little daunting to make this big change in our lives. Tony Blaskis came to our rescue with kindness, wisdom, resources and support. We cannot thank him enough for his generosity, responsiveness and patience. Thanks to Nancy, and the South Bay team they were able to find my family a place to stay this summer. Upon arrival the condo was in tip-top shape and equip with everything we had asked for. Working with other agencies there was a lot of back and forth but with South Bay the rental process was quick and easy. I highly recommend coming to South Bay when looking to rent in SW Florida.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is by far the worst company to work with. They’re nice in the beginning but will screw you over each time just to get your money. I’ve had multiple problems throughout my rental and they were not attentive at all. I even had MOLD in the condo but they said all was good once until it grew out of control and ruined all of my shoes. When it came time to move out and get my security deposit, it got so much worse. My realtor said all was good and we were getting our money back but once Monica Simon was trying to sell the condo, she said we had a list of cleaning fees to pay for. Not only was she so out of line but even the OWNER of the condo didn’t agree with the company. It was all so blown out of proportion and it ended up taking over 4 months to get m
