Lisa needs to learn how to talk to people. Maybe you should choose a different profession then selling houses because you sure don't know how to talk to people. I am so happy I didn't buy any of my homes from you. I never write reviews but after my encounter I felt deeply compelled too.

I worked with this agency during the sale of my late mother’s home and believed we had a trusting relationship. Unfortunately, a commission discrepancy revealed sloppy work- missed details on an addendum, explanations blamed on system glitches and an “assumption”of a commission fee structure; this felt dishonest and careless. Management refused to consider any negotiation, adding unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. I felt unsupported and undervalued, and based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business.

Last year we needed to sell properties belonging to our 91year mother. We worked with Carol Kleeman. She was masterful in her ability to judge the market and price the properties correctly. Most importantly during the process she was able to navigate the family conflicts and strong opinions that arose between all my siblings. She was as patient as a therapist with my mother as she struggled to let go of long held possessions. If not for Carol I think we would still be burdened with and disagreeing on what to do with the properties. With that weight removed we can now enjoy peaceful family get togethers. Thank You Carol
