Please read. Many of agents who work here at Guilford WR are shockingly irresponsible and the most crooked sales agents I’ve found. One lied directly to my face in person and sold me a home with a gas leak AFTER saying she was aware and it will “go away.” Now I’m in a horrifying wreck because I trusted the agents here. They are dishonest. They are horrifying. Please don’t work with this location if you want a healthy home!

I had a great experience working with Jaime Morales as my agent. Jaime was extremely diligent in all the steps of me getting a 3-family property. She was very communicative with all parties involved and responsive to what I was looking for as a property. I highly recommend Jaime Morales.

They have their sign up on my property over a month post closing date. I called/texted them at least 3 times but no one care. Of course once they get their commission, they don't care about anything. Their realtor was representing sellers and was no helpful at all. Kind of had an attitude as well.
