William Raveis Real Estate - Branford

Bought a house where Ryan Newport and Joseph Tracey were the sellers representation/owner of the property. These guys do not seem to care about individuals. To put it clearly they are in business to make money and that’s all that matters. When viewing property under their listing make sure you see ALL appliances before signing paperwork. The listing on the property I was involved with clearly stated a refrigerator would be on property and while we did not see one when we visited the house we thought as any other real estate transaction I have done I would see it at the walkthrough. To my surprise this did not happen and the attorney along with Ryan fought us to the end to not give us that refrigerator. They DO NOT honor the listing information. Our contract also included a Hubbard clause

I had Nancy H. as my real estate agent to sell my home and it was the most horrific experience I have ever had. There was a dispute over property lines between a neighbor which interfered with the sale of my home. Nancy was more in contact/communication with my neighbor than me. Nancy was not good with follow up during the sale. I had to constantly call, text, and email to get her attention. After 2 months of nonsense the house finally sold because the potential new owners really wanted the house. I contacted her boss (Sharon) about issues that I had with Nancy and she never returned any calls or emails. I did most of the leg work to get my house sold which made me think why do even need an agent. Nancy left a bad impression for real estate agents and I will be more careful next go a
