I had the pleasure of buying a home and working with the amazing agent Joanna Lutrzykowski. She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of being a first time homebuyer! She was always accessible and everything we needed in an agent. In addition to Joanna, her amazing team including Mark Greene made my experience seamless. With every obstacle, they were always there and made sure that they were thorough in their work. Extremely amazing team and I will continue to work with them going forward!! Thank you all so much!

Had a horrible experience with Michelle Grant. We put in an offer on one of her houses, which was denied almost immediately BEFORE SHE PRESENTED THE OFFER TO THE SELLERS (which is against the code of ethics). Then we resubmitted the offer and requested in writing from the sellers the rejection/counter/acceptance. Sellers countered, we countered again, the sellers countered again and we accepted their counter. Michelle showed the house to someone else and they put in a “better” offer on the house and that offer was accepted instead. Michelle I’m sure told her clients you need to offer better than this (which was our offer). Absolutely will never buy a house through William Raveis and will absolutely be calling the national association of realtors, considering Dawn Baker OR Mark Greene from

This is a review of William Raveis agent Ann-Marie Rossley. My sister made an offer on her son’s house in Canton where she is the listing agent. Septic inspection came back with a structurally damaged tank and a recommendation to replace it. Her response was to get a friend to do her a favor by doing a second inspection. I saw her drinking before the meeting. She was rude and kept talking over me when I was trying to have a discussion with her expert. She called me insulting names because I was adamant that her husband and son driving over the septic tank while building a shed most likely caused the cracks. Do not EVER use this office to sell your home. There are plenty other real estate agencies out there. No matter how unhappy you are with the service they will NEVER let you expire your contract early. That is a policy I know other agencies offer. I felt like I was being held hostage. The manager refused to expire my contract early! I wanted to get out of a nine month contract (told nine months was standard, which I later found out was not true). I was unhappy with the service I was getting and the manager said that William Raveis takes it's contracts very seriously. I guess they take their contracts more seriously then their reputation.

I dealt with Lori Hambarger who represented the buyer and is from the Avon office. Lori is the epitome of all the worst aspects of a real estate agent. She lies. She's pushy and aggressive. She threatens. She cheats. She blames her clients instead of taking accountability. Flat out, she's completely unprofessional. Not only that, merely a week after the deal closed, she sent out mailers TO MY NEIGHBORS falsly advertising that she sold my house. She did not sell my house. My agent (who's name is not Lori Hambarger) sold the house. Lori merely represented a shady buyer. If you're shady, use Lori and her Avon William Ravies office. Otherwise, avoid this person and her agency like the plague.
