Jasmine in the front office was amazing. Although I got denied (expected it lol) she was friendly, caring and even checked in on me after the denial to see how we are doing! I fully plan on working on my credit this coming year so I can move in next year. The apartments are clean, the property is clean and the staff are amazing! They go above and beyond and I can’t wait to eventually move in here.

Where do I begin let me say most of the neighbors were great and some were a nightmare. I would give a zero if I could! This property could be better with upgrades of quality materials like floors, windows and new siding or paint and updated bath tubs and tiles. The worst part of this place is the biased rude and unprofessional property manager the worst I've seen in my history of renting and if she don't like you its harrassment for valid complaints even with video and pictures. She has a very nasty attitude but acts like a saint when you first meet her. She is not a person who needs to deal with people at all her people skills are not up to par and the 7 years I was there not one resident from anywhere on the property had a great experience with this lady that I have

I been at this residence for a couple of years now. The staff here truly care about their tenants. From events, contest, and food trucks days. Thinking about the residents who possibly had a long day and don’t feel like cooking. They’re always thinking of ways to cater to our needs. Maintenance does a wonderful job as well usually comes right a way with a smile. Very blessed to be apart of Willeo Creek community.

Jasmine made this whole process magical! She’s the reason we moved in so fast and made the experience 10/10 !!

Although we did not move here, this was a close second due to the spacious apartments and the tour guide, Will Bailey. He was very knowledgeable about the area and floor plans. Additionally he is very personable and provided excellent customer service. We didn’t choose this place simply because the last place we toured had a bigger gym and 2 pools. Overall, seemed like a clean environment for our family to settle in (building may benefit from some pressure cleaning, including the breezeways).
