Vendors beware, facility does not pay their bills nor will they respond to calls about invoicing after the work has been completed. Even after stopping by in person to check on the status of the invoice they still refused to have the manager call to discuss status of invoices (let alone pay them).
I don't live there but my cousin and my aunt does. They really keep their property up. The building is really secure. Nice view of downtown and Durham Bulls stadium 5 min walk.
Not bad, trying to locate info on affordable housing. Neat area downtown.
It' a nice place to be the living is good decent and quiet.
Love this place. Seems like a great place to live!
