We have been renting a property managed by Wilkinson PM for 3 years and have only had a positive experience. They are quick to respond to any issues we experience and resolve them swiftly. It has been great working with them!

I have been using Wilkinson since 2018 and have been living overseas the entire time they have been managing my property. Their team has been very responsive to issue presented by my tenants and respond quickly to my questions as an owner. They quickly find new tenants and provide good advice on the market. I have referred them to several friends which I think speaks volumes.

We have been using WPM for over 10 years and they have been very good in working with our many tenants on any issues that occurred. Our house has always been taken care of and any and all maintenance is done in a very timely manner. We highly recommend them and have recommended them to friends for their property management needs.

WilkinsonPm has been managing our properties more than 25 years. Our property manager has consistently kept tenants in each of the properties without any gaps. Living abroad throughout the years WilkinsonPM gives us a peace of mind knowing they are managing all the basic rental needs to big repairs. We are thrilled to have found them 25 plus years ago and couldn’t have managed them as well as they have!

The team is great and easy to work with and so far I've had no issues. Overall, a great and pleasant experience. The Property team is also very communicative and keep you updated on all actions. Would recommend this property team to anyone looking for a competent property manager.
