I highly recommend Wilkin Management. Lynn, who is the closer, is exceptional. She is incredibly responsive, always returning messages promptly and making time for phone calls whenever needed. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her work make her a pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a management company that truly stays on top of things, Wilkin Management is the way to go.

Just an update - I thought maybe the management company had sent out an email to dog owners and taken care of this situation but it’s apparent it has not been taken care of. It’s really a bummer that the management company cannot take care of this. Recently, I had a problem within our management company, - with some people walking their dogs on the grass by the affordable housing condos instead of going inside of the designated areas- It’s the only grass and landscaping that we have in front of our affordable housing units and the grass was all burnt. I put a review up and I was told to take it down. After speaking with a retired judge, he said I have a first amendment right as long as I’m telling the truth, which I absolutely am and, I always have pictures, videos and emails to back up m

Wilkin has been our property management group for the last couple years and I find them to be the most organized and responsive of all the teams we've had in our community. They respond promptly to maintenance requests, give sound direction on responsibility, and everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and professional.

I have worked in the mortgage business for a good 20 years and for about 10 of those years have been part of obtaining and reviewing condo documentation for a variety of different loan types for different lenders. Management companies are often very difficult to work with and sometimes extremely difficult to even find the right person to get in contact with and get them to respond. This is not the case with Wilkin Mgmt, and especially Lynn F., who has helped us on a number of occasions. She is always openly communicative and I really appreciate that as someone who relies on information provided by management companies to make progress in my daily work. It's a relief when I see that Wilkin is the management company on a condo project that I am working on.

The Wilkin Management office at Apple Ridge is amazing. They always have a great attitude and take care of any issues. Nancy and Debra are the dynamic duo in the office. Eddie Guggino is an amazing Maintenance Tech. Hats off to this incredible team. Apple Ridge is lucky to have this incredible team!
