In my experience, Wildwood Gardens Apartment has a responsible, friendly, respectful, and dedicated staff, ready to address every issue that arises. The property manager, Mona, is very efficient in her work and tries to resolve every detail, problem, or need that arises. She keeps the maintenance and cleaning staff in constant communication to comply with regulations. The units meet move-in expectations; they are renewed and very satisfying. She emphasizes that not everyone will always have a comfortable environment, as people live there with different attitudes, customs, and habits, and that cannot be an exception. We work hard to achieve a space that is optimal for living, and that will depend on both the staff and each resident. Challenges may arise, but I know the team has the capacity

The apartment is solid and meets all my needs, but what really makes a difference is the management. The manager - Mona is incredibly friendly, responsive, and easy to work with. Any questions or maintenance issues are handled quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares — it shows here.

My experience at My. Washington Seminole apts had its ups and downs trying to get maintenance done and getting thru to the office. However, working with Mona was very interactive and helpful. Mona worked with me tiny try and get relocated within the community but eventually it seemed better to relocate to a bldg with an elevator and senior activities. Due to decisions taking longer than anticipated, it became a time crunch to get moved out. Mona is very pleasant to work with.

this is a place You DO NOT Want to call Home. Management is RUDE, they do not take care of the place or the residents. they rush you through the lease signing and have you initial everything which translates to your screwed. NO Notifications that your lease is expiring, and they renew it 2 months before it expires so they can keep you here. Maintenance is a joke, they half --- fix the problem, their idea of fixing a large hole in the wall is sliding a piece of metal between it and the base of the hvac unit, doesn't work cause the unit still pulls the funk of the basement through and circulates it in the apt. the buildings have MOLD ISSUES, and if you happen to get an apartment above the basement your in for a smelly apt, they will tell you there's nothing wrong because they don't smell any

We were so excited to move in here. The apartment appeared to be completely renovated. Property manager was very convincing and had great customer service while we settled the application process. Once approved there were immediate red flags. There was confusion & miscommunication when it was time to pick our keys up. Misinformed of exact location of laundry room. Once we really paid attention to the paint and renovation job , it honestly was rushed. Window seals lumpy and not newly as we thought. Central air had no insulation for weeks during 90 degree weather. Was eventually giving a window AC unit which we appreciated , but we still had to be hot in common areas other than bedroom. Mice making themselves at home before we even completely settled in. You can literally hear them in the w
