I had an AMAZING move in process. From the tour to move in I couldn’t be more thrilled with this property. The management went above and beyond for us and even provided gifts when we signed our lease. Repairs was fast with any fix needed.

My experience at Wildwood Townhomes has been a roller coaster. The townhome I'm in very clean but needs to be updated with new version that is currently available,also my rent is more than what's currently being listed.The children run around with no respect for neighbors cars or living space,very disrespectful and loud:the parents don't monitor their kids:these kids are out of control :they play in other neighbors living areas except their own :riding bike's and motor bikes all through the parking lots and carports,at all times of day and night,parents nowhere insight,kids play football and basketball around neighbors cars ,hitting neighbors cars swinging on carports kids throwing rocks at neighboring cars:,the new residents kids are initiated into their gang.Also used to be no pet po

I just want to leave a review for Mike our new maintenance man. He is awesome he fixed everything that I needed to be fixed!! He got everything working like new and I really appreciate that!! ☺️

Very outdated when I moved they said I would have stainless steel appliances like the picture on Zillow how ever I had to move in the pandemic and when I got the keys it was nothing like the picture on Zillow. No one is ever in the office or answer the phone or even return your call after leaving several voicemails, they take forever to fix things. And they are going up on the rent $100 it is not worth $870 for a 2 bedroom. Again the units are nothing like what you see on Zillow.
