Wildwood At Villa Rica

I would not recommend this place to anyone I actually respected, & going based off of other reviews, it appears I’m not the only one. First off, the place is just filthy. The only decent looking areas are the showrooms they show you and the lobby/pool area. Everything else just gives really ran down motel vibes. The “amenities”, a big laugh. Why is this complex considered luxury living? Especially when the gate stays broken? You pay top dollar for a gated community for safety and security only for the gate to always be broken? The last time the gate was broken it stayed broken for a good 4-5 months if not longer. I usually do not do this type of reviews but I just have to say, the assistant manager at Wildwood is amazing. She goes above and beyond. I had called the other day and had a bunch of questions about pricing, tours, and etc. and she didn't hesitate one bit to tell me everything I needed to know. She is VERY knowledgeable and very very sweet. If you need a tour I would 10000000/10 recommend the assistant manger. I believe her name was Kelsey. She is to the right when you walk in out in the open.

I experienced exceptional customer service over the phone before touring the apartment. As soon as I walked in to the leasing office, the agent that sits on the left, delivered the worst customer experience ever. She was very rude the entire experienced. While in the office, she had a confused and agitated demeanor towards EVERYTHING I expressed to her. She was clearly annoyed that I had a few questions about availability that were not clear. When I toured with her, after asking a question I was only trying to get clarity on, she had no clue I was watching her, but she proceeded to roll her eyes as a response to my question. I first booked a tour back in November with the LOVELY Emiya and she has been so accommodating and helpful throughout this entire process! I absolutely adore her as a leasing agent and she has been so responsive to all my tour requests, emails, etc. She went out of her way to send me a video walkthrough of the unit I was interested in when it was not yet available for an in-person tour and I have had nothing but a wonderful experience working with her! This is my first apartment and she has helped with every step along the way down to my application and helping me understand all needed documentation and information! I look forward to continuing to work with Emiya as my agent and moving in with such a friendly face at the office!

i have been apartment hunting for the last few weeks now, and to say it’s been a nightmare is an understatement. yesterday, i walked into wildwood feeling very defeated with not much hope. however, when i sat down and talked with emyia, within minutes i felt this immediate relief. i had forgotten to ask her a question, so i called her a few hours later to check on that and she gave me a detailed walkthrough along with just making me feel like an old friend. i went on a tour today, saw what was a beautiful facility, beautiful apartments, and met another staff member along with the property manager. while i have yet to officially apply, after seeing this place and meeting these wonderful people, this is where i’d love to be. i have never experienced the amazing customer service like i have h
